Pre-Clean Inspection

Before any cleaning is undertaken, every camera undergoes a careful inspection of the sensor under high magnification.

On rare occasions we encounter cameras where previous cleaning attempts have resulted in scratches, coating damage or other marks to the protective sensor filter.

If evidence of existing damage is found, Cameracal Services reserves the right to decline the cleaning service if, in our professional opinion, proceeding could increase the risk of further damage.

Should this occur, the findings will be explained fully and, where possible, recommendations for the next course of action will be provided.
